oh my gosh Joy this episode resonated with me so much, (your April 8 one.) today April 11 is the reminisce of passing of my sister 32 years ago and tomorrow is the anniversary of my mother's passing 21 years ago.my mother was manic or what they call now bipolar. And you talking about putting it down letting it go basically, with the sword I did it, but I'm better for it as far as knowing what this horrible disease is all about that I can help others. dear Joy, I've never texted you before, but the episode. I just listened to on shifting. My focus really resonated with me. I am 70 and I am loving this time of my life. It's very intentional which after taking care of others is very nice to focus on me. At times, it is a challenge, but we live in a challenging world.
