Breath of The One - Healing
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode, Joy guides us into “The Breath of One,” a space where we can soften, settle, and remember our connection to all life through the steady rhythm of inhalation and exhalation.
Together we explore breath as a universal life force, as something that unites all beings beyond separation, identity, or belief. Rather than something to control or earn, it is framed as a constant, freely given gift that can become a practice of prayer, compassion, and energetic support for yourself and others.
Joy also encourages us to release negative stories of worthiness, to step out of scarcity thinking, and to return to a state of flow. Finally, we’re invited to send love outward, receive nourishment inward, and align with the deeper current of life moving through everything
Healing episodes harness the healing power within, releasing the signals of trauma and accumulated pain from your family history and personal journey.

SPEAKER_00We are going to hold the space because it is such a beautiful connection for us to bring our collective energy in. Call in all our guides, all our angels, divine presence, and really help that we can bring a fantastic energy vortex into the space, and then we open it and amplify it. Imagine that it's happening through you just where you are. You are this light worker, this holder of energy, and you just hold that space and call in all this powerful, beautiful, high light vibration so that something amazing can happen. Can we do that? Let's see what comes in to help us and guide us. The title of this little connection is The Breath of One. Let's hold that idea in us and ask for whatever guidance can come through for you. We bring it into the space, we hold it together and we amplify that field. The breath of one. We are a collection, a collective of beings who truly want to connect in the most delightful, filled with the divine light, delightful way. In doing that, the intention, just the intention to do that, absolutely makes that happen. More and more understanding the power of intention. We don't even have to act upon it. It's just that we intend for it. We are holding the consciousness of it, the possibility of it. It's such a clean energy because we're not putting our sticky fingers in, we're not getting tangled up in the outcomes and the conditions, the who, what, where, how, why. We're just intending. So see if you can hold that energy in you as we hop into the space and we imagine the breath of one, and it is our intention. We are intending to place our energy into that breath of one and remember who we are. Let's come into this beautiful space. Are you ready? We'll take a deep breath in. Deep breath, my treasures. Then a long slow out breath. Relax, relax, drop, drop, drop into this moment. Allow yourself to be here. See if you can quieten away all the clutter, the doing, the pursuing. Just be present with you right and now. Wherever you are, however you are. No matter what is going on around you, just hold the space you're in. See if you can pull your awareness all the way back to you, your beating heart, the breath that is breathing itself into you in this moment. Here comes this beautiful breath. Welcome it in. As you welcome this in, you open your tummy, your heart, your mind, your throat. Bring an expansion energy into you. This that is outside of me, this that I cannot even touch, this that life force energy that holds me and sustains me. This I welcome into me. And I can decide in this being how much or how little. Intend to give yourself a lot, enough, ample, and feel what that feels like when you give yourself a huge inbreath that supports you. So freely available, how gorgeous and how lucky are we. And if you wish, you can breathe in even more than enough. Because there is no lack. There's no burden of responsibility. Oh, I can only breathe so many breaths a day, and that's it. There is no burden upon us at all. Freely, lovingly, continually hear the breath of life. How challenging it is for those who leave this beautiful orb of earth. All the paraphernalia they need to breathe, to be breathed, to stay alive. A great burden, isn't it? Yet here we are, taking it so for granted, the breath of one. Every breath and I breathe in, somewhere, somehow it's touched you. When I breathe out this breath, I release it into the world, into the space around us. There is an energy exchange in the moment that this happens. And if we could take that awareness and hold it as sacred, we have an opportunity in every breath, every step, every beat of our heart to exchange what is coming in and release into the space something completely different, to change the vibration of it. More and more they are doing the most wonderful research about water, how it holds the codes and the magnificence of our health, holds divine shapes, sacred geometry. That water is here to replenish us. Just like the water, the air and the light, all of this is bringing in towards this organism the potential for its life. This is the most important thing we need air, light, breath. This that we need that is vital to our life, we take so absolutely for granted. We yearn for higher and more divine light connections. We yearn to be closer to the divine. But my love, how close could you possibly be? Could you be any closer to the divine? That the breath of one encapsulates us all and it's here freely available to us. We are held inside of this beautiful orb with this air life force, the vital life force. And we are holding it, we are breathing it. And we still say, Oh, if only I could be more in tune. Then we build up all these ideas or the practices we misdo and disciplines, better do this and show up in that way and eat this, drink that, behave like this, sing like that, hold this posture, bend and twist ourselves in that way. We've got all these ideas that we create around how we can make that connection. But how ridiculous is that? Because in every one of those possibilities that we love to play with, there is the one. In every single breath, there is the one, the oneess that unites us all, that lovingly, equally shares it with every single one of us. Those of us in a far-off land, they don't just get a little bit less the B grade of air. Like we said in the B grade or the C grade of all these other things that we say we can't live without petrol or gasoline or whatever the thing is that we say we can't live without that. But not everyone gets the same kind of supply. Everyone getting different supplies depending on where it comes from. It's all being graded. Some people get the good stuff and some people get the rubbish stuff. It's all like that in the human game. But there's no game. When we remember that we are being held in a space that unifies us, it's a field of consciousness that feeds and nourishes us. When did we start taking this for granted? Do you think that because it is just all here, always here, always available, that somehow we forgot to think about how essential, how delightful, and what a gift this is? Why do we bring into our awareness the idea that there has to be some kind of hardship or struggle? And then we see the value of it. This breath of life, the breath of the one, doesn't ask us to suffer to receive it. It just asks that we are here and doesn't even ask a thing of us. Breathe as much or as little as you wish, but the breath of life is here. Perhaps us as darling humans having coded the idea that we've got to deserve something. And so if there is some kind of hardship or some kind of performance enduring, suffering, then perhaps we deserve to have this more than the other person. And we can play this game with so many things, can't we? We play it right through our school days, all the competitions, all the people who end up in the A class and the B class, and all these categorizing diversity that we put in the separations that we create, all of it, all of it impacts upon our sense of being and wellness. Because somehow we're not quite the A team or the best ones at it. We're not as good as the person next to us. And so we have this constant story in our lives, and we, my lovelies, are the ones who are creating it. It's not even a truth. When we come to the end of our life and we're taking our last few gasps, and then there's a little baby coming into the world and gasping for its air the first time it breathes air. Oh my gosh, the air is going into the one, and the air is being released from one. But it is the same breath that gives us this life. There is a breath, a vital life force energy, the God essence, encoded with the divine, and it's here, and it's free, that's available, and we can have as much or as little as we desire. The switch in our being decides how worthy we are and who is more worthy. And that little switch is causing all the pain in the human story because it is outside of the story. It is a construct that we created so that we can establish and hold all these places of separation, better and worse, higher and lower, richer and poorer. And so, in all the structures that we've created, we are the ones who are causing the pain. Then all the time inside of that pain and turmoil, there is the breath of the one. Whether we are in struggle or pain, whether we've detached ourselves, whether we are assuming that we are in agony or pain, yes, some of us are. We still have this one thing, this one thing that holds us. So now imagine. If we can finally get that into our awareness, there is a unified field around us. We can feel it and welcome it in. We can allow it to feed and nourish this being, and then we can breathe it out, and then we can breathe it in again. And in that transaction, there is something that is happening. Now let's clue into that. What is happening when you receive this breath of life and when you just idly release it? Is there an intention? Is there any magic in that? Is there something that is different? If we're gathered around someone's bed, and perhaps they are struggling with their last few breaths, moving towards the end of their life. Here we are breathing, it's almost like we want to breathe for them. I know what that's like. We stand right there next to our treasure. It's like every breath that they're struggling with, it's like, okay, but I can breathe with them and I'm breathing for them. It is as if everybody in that space is breathing that breath for them. But if there is compassion and love, grace inside of us receiving the breath that one is struggling to receive, and we are amply and abundantly able. If there is an intention with this group that is holding that precious darling soul, perhaps in the exchange of our breath and the releasing of that breath of life, we could create something that will activate and change everything for that one who is breathing in our breath, our collective breath, and the breath of all that is. What could that be, my lovelies? We could say it's our prayers, and we might say them out loud, and if you are, you are speaking it, and the vibration and the words, and we all just plug in and we say, Oh, the words are fabulous. But they're not really. The words are just words. For so many, those words have become just everyday and mundane, a little bit like a performance. It doesn't feel genuine, it just feels like lots of stuff coming in. But my lovelies, if there is an intention, a heart-to-heart, soul-to-soul intention, in the exchange that we breathe it into us and then breathe it out, and whether the person is right here next to us or right across the other side of the earth, we can still be of great connectivity. There is a field that is beyond what we could imagine. And our prayers, our intention, our love, our grace, our singing and songs, our mantras, whatever it is that we bring into that moment holds vibration and that changes everything for the one who is receiving it. A friend of mine has done two trips into the Himalayas from great hike. Oh, and she said the Sherpas, when they go, they sing um manipadme um. I don't know if I said that perfectly, probably not. The whole way up and the whole way down, they're holding this chant. The breath is quite hard to breathe when you get higher and higher into those elevations. Here's this beautiful collection of people who are holding, supporting, and encouraging them to keep going, just one foot in front of the other, just keep going by the grace of God, just keep going and sing, vibrate, bring in that beautiful sound, that it becomes a rhythm and a sound, a vibration, and a holding space that holds them and encourages them to keep going, even though the air is becoming very thin, sometimes very difficult to breathe. Just keep going because the breath is still here, and we just keep moving and we bring it in because there is something that's happening in that moment of exchange. Isn't that so special? So let's imagine, my lovelies, that here we are now in this space, and we are holding the energy with so much love and grace, and you be right there where you are, and whatever it is that you can breathe in, that there is a vibrational field in and around you, and that you are connected to a vibrational field. This is carried along through the air and the airwaves. How wonderful! That it might reach you, but not as me making the sound here in my little space, and then you in your room over there. Lucky we have these connections that help us to transmit our voices, our sound, our intention to each other. And we can all be gathering here and we hold it and we bring it into our heart. But it works equally when we're not connected on a platform like this. It works anyway, and that's why we hold each other with great love. So let's do that now, my treasures, right there where you are. Imagine what the most gracious gift would be for this earth, for all life, for all beings, for all life forms. What might that be for you? What might you hold right now in your heart and your soul as the deepest, sweetest intention, prayer gift? What might that be? And hold it now. Bring it into your heart, take a deep breath in. And imagine that you are nourishing that idea, that thought, and that feeling, bringing this air, this life force into it, activating it. Open your heart even wider, breathe it out. Let's do this a few breaths to amplify it. Imagine we are blowing up a balloon, it's all very thin, a little veneer on the outside helps us to know how much air we're putting inside of it. Breathe in and breathe out and open up this energy balloon that you can imagine you're creating. Breathe in. Imagine that you now here in front of you that you can visualize this capsule of life force energy the greatest gift for all life in it. And we simply let it go. If you've ever let a balloon go, once you've blown it up, it swirls, contorts itself, and releases the air. It's delightfully amusing. And imagine it racing along in all the spaces, slowly releasing the intention, the vibration, and the prayer that you have sent into this world. And that now is an active field of energy, a consciousness. And we radiate this into the space. But in the moments when we are aware and conscious, we can create these fields of intention. But we know that we will get busy and do and pursue. So imagine now that we're going to encode into the breath of life this gift that we are. Willing to send into the world to help and uplift all life. And we ask now that with every breath that I breathe into this beautiful being, I welcome into my being, mind, body, and being. All the love, graciousness, kindness. I welcome in the divine the highest vibration of light and love that I can hold at this time. I encode this energy field of attraction, of drawing it in, welcoming it into me so that I could hold it. I hold it with all my heart and all my soul. May this be the gift that I hold. I welcome it in every breath, every step and every beat of my heart from this moment forward, whether I'm conscious or not, that my breath, breathing in, is welcoming in the highest vibration of light and love, integrity, kindness, compassion. And whatever it is that your heart is pulling into that, then imagine that with every outbreath, as it will happen without us even considering it, that we can bring in the next intention. These are three sacred agreements. Every time we breathe out, I release, let go, and eliminate all that which no longer serves me. As I release and I let go with the outbreath and feel how sweet it is, how easy it is just to breathe out. No performance required, no one's kindness or lack of it required, no story, just breathing out. And I encode into my outbreath that I can be in the constant flow of receiving and releasing so that this beautiful being can hold itself now in the space where it is in every moment, in every breath, every beat of our heart and every step we take, from this moment forward, we are in alignment with all that is. We are in the oneness and the consciousness of that. And we ask the part of us that knows how to bring in these prayers and love and kindness when the human instrument is busy and distracted, the part of us that stays attentive and aware of who we are and why we're here, that part of us is in constant prayer. It is the Sherpa of our soul, calling in the divine, calling in the grace on our behalf, encouraging us to take all the steps, even when the air gets thin, even when our legs get weak, even when we're struggling for breath. We can always and only be in the highest vibration of light, love, the divine flow, may that be. Just beautiful. So our breath becomes a sacred breath, a sacred agreement. And we know that we are the catalysts for the change. And it's nothing we have to do. It's an energy that we hold with the intention of pure light and love, grace, kindness. May that be. So much love to you, my treasures. Thank you for you. Thank you for being aware. Thank you for holding each other and the space that you are holding in your own unique, delightful way. Because there's no ways I could do your journey. And I thank you for doing what you are doing in your own particular, wonderful, unique, and sovereign way. Take a deep breath in. Wrap yourself up in your own beautiful pod, your chrysalis of light and love, and just be held here now.
