This is Soul Awakenings with Joy Truscott, the show that is your safe space. Life has so many transitions, and this is where we walk through those together with more ease, grace, and flow.

Here we are in our special time and our connection today. We're gonna hold a space, ask for some guidance so that we can talk about this limitless potential that is within us. We want to ask what it is that we can hold or become aware of, connect to, so that we are able to tap into this limitless potential of our being that is held deep within us. It resonates within every fiber of our being. So you might think that, oh well, you know, I don't make any difference, but my loves, you are a beautiful being that is transmitting and signaling all the time, whether you want to or not, whether you're thinking about it or not. It's exactly like the breath of life that is moving in you and through you. That happens anyway, whether you're sleeping or whether you're thinking about it. So this, believe me, when I say to you, you are transmitting a signal, because every part of your being is able to do that. Your thoughts, your mind, your body, every tiny little aspect of you is a transmitter. Hmm, imagine how wonderful it could be if we really learned how to amplify and use and connect to every single resource that we hold to change the story that's happening upon this planet. I truly believe that is why we're here and that is what we are to do. So, just as well that we know that we have this limitless potential within us. Nice, my treasures. Let's take a deep breath in. Then a long, slow out breath. Just breathe it out, relax your whole body, drop your shoulders, feel the balance of your body, feel the connection to the earth through the base of your body, the soles of your feet, whatever part of you is connecting to this earth, to a surface that's upon this earth. Acknowledge that. Feel held. Smooth the skin on your beautiful face, relax your brow, your jaw. Let your shoulders drop a little bit more. In the space that we come to in these moments of relaxing and settling down, if we find that we can connect instantly, just with a sound, one mudra, or perfume and essence, or lighting a candle, perhaps it's a hum, a deep resonance within your being. Whatever that might be for you, use that. Because once we connect into our body, we stabilize our energy field, we anchor it in the honoring of ourselves here in this time, this moment, in this reality. Let's see that we can dedicate our energy, our light and love into the space, not just that we can receive, which will be lovely, and of course we will, but while we are receiving that which will help and support us, that we can also radiate energy, light and love, kindness out into the field, to every dear soul that is here, to the families of everyone who is in this space with us. And then all our friends, families, and communities, to the beautiful earth, to all the elements, to everything. This could look like a ripple, just opening and opening. Whatever way we hold that awareness, feel like you, this beautiful you is aware of yourself in time and space. No mistake that you are holding what you are knowing and perceiving, what might be rattling inside of you, aching terribly inside your mind, body, being. No mistake. That exact frequency is what we want you to bring into the space now. We're not playing games and saying, oh, everything's just light and fluffy. It's not. It's very challenging. But let's bring that energy into the space with us. This is the energy of being deeply authentic. Know thyself for all the multiple facets of your being, and all the ways that we show up and be in the world with each other. But now let's imagine that we can reconnect to know thyself and the ways that we show up, the ways we connect and collide, and how that connects with our awareness of ourself. How do you feel about you in this life? Apart from those moments when we feel, oh, I'm doing really well. I'm just being gorgeous with this one, and they're just being gorgeous back, and everything's fabulous. Those moments are great, aren't they? Where we feel affirmed and we have the people around us who really affirm us and make us feel strong. I think those moments help us to stabilize and to get some courage just to stay here and be this human in this higgledy-piggledy crazy humanity. But in the moments when we're not doing so well, how kind are you to you? How thoughtful are you about your life, your journey? And how do you speak to your beautiful being, my treasures, in the moments when you are struggling and suffering, when things are hard? It's so easy to talk lovingly and graciously to ourselves in the moments when things are looking great and we're getting a mirror back from this that is around us. And it says, Oh, aren't you wonderful? But in those moments when we're not great, when life around us is not presenting or showing us things that agree with us, how do we feel about ourselves then? What do we do and how do we speak to this beautiful being? Really want you to think about that and tune into your awareness of that. Because we have become so accustomed to just speaking very badly, reprimanding, blaming, and shaming ourselves, disregarding our being. We become expert at that. Self-deprecation. It's huge, isn't it? Everything we look at around us in the media says you've got to look a certain way and then you're lovely. You've got to walk a certain way, you've got to live a certain way, then you're lovely. There is all these games, all these conditions, all the stories around it so that you can be lovely, so that you can be a delight. But the truth is that this life is challenging on so many levels. And at the same time that all this is happening, there is immense beauty around us, reminding us that we are in a beautiful space. We're being held so that we can hold the sadness, the hardship, the suffering, the awfulness, so that we can hold it in our being and feel encouraged that there is something else. The earth keeps reminding us and saying, hey, but don't forget, look at the sunset. Wake up and feel the sunrise and the warmth upon your skin. Go and listen to the ocean, watch a flower, look at a beautiful little creature, an insect or fur friend. But find the moments when you are reconnecting with something that is beyond your control, something that is happening anyway, and then feed and nourish yourself in that so that you can gather up all your strength to be in this life and this journey, to awaken your potential within. So hear this carefully. You can only see the beauty that is around you and feel the magnificence of creation. You can only feel and know the love. When you, my love, are awakening that energy in you. When we long for something, it is an awakening. It's like there's a dial that's being turned. And that feeling of that beauty, that gazing at it, that absolute awe of life, that feeling inside of us, that is where we go to to make the switch, to change the whole story. It's right there, and we are feeling all these aspects because we've got to know where these switches are to turn that dial and to change the frequency. Isn't it wonderful that we can recognize these energy lights? We can find them anywhere. You can go anywhere and find beauty. You hear these amazing stories about people who are locked up and imprisoned, who have a tiny little window, and that's all they get to see. But they see a little bird. And they focus on that bird because there's something else outside of the imprisoned structure. And those who are locked up inside their bodies in ill suffering. Imagine if we could have trained ourselves not to focus on the pain within, which is immense, but to notice the other aspects that are also there and start to tune into that. We have a device within us that helps us to tune in. And if we can tune in, we can fine-tune the dial, the connection to that which we are ready to bring in now. So everything that you are feeling and experiencing in your truth, start there. That's why we start right here in this moment where you take that breath in. As you breathe out, just feel yourself in this moment. Notice how your mind will wander off and take you into all those little tangents. But bring yourself back and be in the moment where you are. Now tune into anything that is capturing your attention. Whatever is giving you a little nudge, tune into it. Is there a sound, an annoying sound around you? A mosquito maybe. What is happening right there, right around you that you can tune into? Anything, my lovelies. The temperature, the time of day, how your skin is feeling right now. Tune into it. And ask your beautiful being, what do I know about this? How do I understand this? How do I interpret this that is bringing an awareness to me, touching upon my consciousness? Let's imagine that there is a sound like a noisy motorbike, an annoying, penetrating little sound of a motorbike. Imagine that is a sound that we hear. We hear it because it's a discordant note. It's not harmonious, it's not lovely. So we tune into it. And now watch what happens inside of you. The moment we tune into the thing that is a little edgy or discordant, what are you saying to yourself? What are you feeling about you in that moment? Then what are you feeling about the person who is perhaps on that motorbike? Then notice that connection. And once you make that connection and you notice that it is an irritation, perhaps, or frustration, what is in it? Static, vibrated into your awareness. What is that? Why do we feel an irritation? Why can't we just say it's a noise, a sound, something, it comes and it goes? Why do we latch on to it? It's not because it's an abrasive noise that it is, but it's not just because that it is an abrasive noise. What else is in that? This is where you just gotta be a little brave. And you go a step deeper. What are you thinking right now? Are you thinking that this noise is annoying because this person who's on this bike has got no regard for the people who are in the suburb, and they're just being arrogant and self-willed, and they're creating a whole lot of noise and commotion without any regard for someone else, just as an example. It's one of my favorite. And I catch myself going into that feeling of indignation, irritation because this noise is coming in. There is an annoyance because it is something that we cannot control. And there is an annoyance because there feels like there is a lack of regard, a lack of awareness. But you, my love, are the holder of your awareness. That dear soul may or may not be aware. They might just be aware that they feel like they're very important, making a big noise. But you have an awareness in you, and that is where the dial is, the fine-tuning is. Go into that point where that little scratchy feeling is. And now, what are you going to do about that? This feeling of being disregarded, perhaps. I'm going to just give you an example because I think it'll be easier to understand. So then you sit with it. Because the potential of clearing that frequency lies within you, because you're the one who noticed it. And you're the one who has the connection to it in one way or another. So now feel the energy in you of being disregarded. Feel what that feels like and where does it sit within you? The moment you know where it is and you know you don't love it, imagine now that you can take this dial and flip it 180 degrees across to the other side. What would be different if you didn't have that feeling of being disregarded? What would the 180 degree flip be to that feeling of not being disregarded? And then you might just say it very simply, to be regarded. To be noticed. What is inside of that? Is there a longing or a need for you to be noticed or for you to be regarded? Or is it more than that? Is it a code, perhaps? Is it a code you hold that is agitating you and saying, could you work on this? Could you do something about this? Because this frequency, especially the frequency of disregard, lack of respect, not being valued, not being honored, pushed aside, all of those are very, very poor energies, low vibrations that dislodge us from our sense of self. We feel very, very upset in this life when that happens. You know something. You know that feeling, but you also know the exact remedy of it at the same point of access. Because the potential is within you, the limitless potential. What would the limitlessness be of this? It would be to be loved, to be seen, to be heard, to be valued, to be honored. Isn't that such an incredible vibration for this human, for this earth, for all the plants and all the creatures, this beautiful space that we're in, to be regarded, to be respected, to be loved, to be honored. And in the silly little situation of a motorbike going down the road, being very annoying, we have found a dial within us because we bothered to find it. We didn't want to stay rattled and irritated. We just stopped a little while and we went into the story and we felt it and we asked our being, but why am I seeing it and feeling it? What's going on here? Why is this rattling me? And it's not bothering anybody else, but why is it bothering me? Well, my love, it's because you know how to turn that key, that dial. Your key is right there in you. The turner of that switch, it's you. So we turn this dial and we imagine that we open it now to being regarded, loved, and adored, seen, valued, and heard. For respect to awaken in the field. Then, my love, that is what we're longing for and feeling that we would love to bring in. But now feel it. Let's do that. Take a deep breath in. And as you breathe out, just drop into you and honor you here now, in this mind, body, and being. No matter what evidence you've got around you, in this moment, we're dropping deep within our being to our pure potential. You love and honor this being, deeply respect this being. No more mean words to yourself. You hold that kindness, and the moment you get it, you feel the stillness of it. Now open your heart to it. And imagine that you can transmit this to every dear soul here. To everyone in our family. Like a wave of energy, we just radiate it out. We transmit it because we are transformers. And our being is able to pick up signals and transform that signal. Turn the dial, flip the switch, change the frequency. So as we radiate it out, we feel a smile within our heart and soul. We thank the annoying dear soul for bringing that awareness to us. We also in our mind just say, it's okay, you no longer need to nudge, nudge upon my awareness of that story. You can make your little noise, but it's not going to poke, poke, poke at me. Because I've dealt with the energy of that. We'll probably get lots of little poke poke pokes from other things. Of course, we will. You're just too wonderful. You hold that energy, that awareness, and go down into it. And then go down a little deeper and ask your being what is this? What is the story in this? What do I feel? The moment you get that, you are able to flip the switch and transmit an energy like a ripple opening in a pond. It really is the most remarkable thing we can do. So now imagine all of us, dear hearts, we're sitting and we're watching the news. Dreadful. Didn't while anyone watches the news, it's just ghastly. But here we are watching something that's really irritating us. Instead of being there and adding more fuel to the fire with our irritation and our anger and our disappointment, our helplessness and hopelessness, instead of fueling it with all that stuff, just look at it. Go, okay, what's bad about this? What's not good? What is not of value? What will not benefit humankind in this life moving forward? Go in and look at it and feel it. We watch the same program and we all get some element, some little vibration that is unique to me and unique to you. Every one of us reaches into our pure potential and we turn the dial and we begin to transmit love, compassion, kindness, the exact opposite frequency of that thing that is being revealed to us and gnawing us to bits. We emit, transmit this different energy, and we watch what happens in the world. The world cannot get better, and the stories will not get better until we get the story and do the next thing, which is flip it over, change the story. We are the ones who are here to make that change. We are the key to this whole solution. But unfortunately, we've got lost in the sense of being inept, inadequate. We've been told that you have to do this and then you can do that. There's always these conditions and games. But there's no condition in this. It's just you tuning in and retuning, reprogramming the story that is out there. When we learn how to do this, just start in the very small way so that you start training this being to be witness to your journey. Watch yourself in your journey. Everything that's coming into you is so that you can flip that switch. Every point of pain, despair, heartache, desperation, anger, revulsion, whatever it is, flip the switch, my lovelies. The potential is you and you're here on time at the most pivotal time of the human experience. When we all start to remember this, imagine what we are going to do as a species. A conscious, clear species. No longer manipulated, no longer playing the game and holding our space and our time with every breath and every step and every beat of our heart. May that be. May that be. Let's take a deep breath in. Long slow outbreath by treasures. Just be back in yourself. Thank you for holding the space, for considering this idea. May it grow within you. May you find yourself again. Begin to work with this instrument, this human being. It's an incredible instrument. Work with it like that. So much love to you. Thank you for you.
