How To Live With 3 Sacred Agreements - Release

Joy Truscott Season 3 Episode 2

Send us a text

In this episode, we are guided through a meditative journey focused on grounding, self-awareness, and connection with divine guidance. We are introduced to the concept of seeing ourselves as pillars of light. This imagery emphasizes the importance of being conscious and present in our own space. From here, we delve into the 'three sacred agreements' as a simple yet profound practice for daily life, linking these agreements to our breath work, as a way to practice mindfulness and to cultivate a mindset of ease. These agreements include welcoming all that serve our divine life journeys, releasing all that no longer serves us, and recognizing and embracing our part in the divine design. We are also taught how to develop a deeper connection with the self, the earth, and the divine, and are encouraged to trust in our journeys and the sacredness of our beings.
